Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days and delivered within 3–5 business days, depending on your location. You will receive tracking details via email or SMS once your order is shipped.
We partner with reliable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery across India. While we aim for prompt delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier issues, or public holidays.
If your package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, we recommend refusing the order and contacting our support team immediately.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Strapify, we maintain strict quality checks to ensure you receive the best products. Therefore, we currently do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as:
- Change of mind
- Wrong selection
- Personal preference
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’re here to help.
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Clear photos or videos of the issue
- Order details
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or store credit, depending on availability and case evaluation.
Important Conditions
- Claims raised after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Unboxing video is recommended for faster resolution
- Minor color variations due to lighting are not considered defects
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
