Order Returns
We currently do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered. Each product is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure quality and accuracy.
Since we don’t offer returns, you don’t need to initiate a return request. However, if you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and our team will assist you immediately.
As returns are not accepted, return shipping does not apply. In the rare case of a damaged or incorrect item, Appdroid (Strapify) will review and handle it directly at no extra cost to you.
