The Shipping Policy
At Appdroid (Strapify), we aim to deliver your orders safely and on time across India. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Once shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with tracking details to monitor your delivery status. Our trusted logistic partners ensure your products reach you quickly and securely, no matter where you are located.
We currently deliver across all major cities and towns in India. Delivery times may vary depending on your pin code, courier availability, and order size. While most orders arrive within 3–7 working days, certain remote areas may require a few extra days. Please note that deliveries may be delayed during peak periods, public holidays, or due to unforeseen courier disruptions.
We make every effort to ensure your package reaches you in perfect condition. All items are securely packed and checked before dispatch. In rare cases where your parcel arrives damaged or tampered, please refuse delivery and notify our support team immediately with photos for verification and resolution.
We do not offer international shipping at the moment. Orders once shipped cannot be redirected or modified. The shipping address provided during checkout must be accurate and complete to avoid delays or failed deliveries. In case of an incomplete or incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping charges.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment. Some products may qualify for free shipping under promotional offers or minimum order values. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in select locations, with a 25% advance payment option through Razorpay to confirm the order before dispatch.
